Our client was the manager of an Atlanta restaurant and he was falsely accused of raping a fellow employee.
Our client maintained that he did have sex with the employee but that it was consensual. We were able to convince the Atlanta Police Department not to arrest our client until we completed our investigation. Our client then passed a polygraph and we submitted this to the detectives along with the results of our investigation. As a result, the charges against our client were dismissed and we kept him from ever being arrested.
