Bernard Speaks at 2012 Georgia Appellate Practice Seminar

Bernard had the honor of speaking today at the 2012 Georgia Appellate Practice Seminar.  Hosted by the State Bar of Georgia, the seminar attracted appellate attorneys from throughout the State.  Bernard was part of a five-member panel that consisted of Chief Justice Carol Hunstein and Justice David Nahmias of the Georgia Supreme Court as well as attorneys Michael Terry and Daniel Diffley.  The topic was Effective Oral Argument Practices and focused on preparing for and arguing appeals in both State and Federal appellate courts.
