This past weekend, Bernard served as a co-chair for the GACDL Spring Seminar held at the Sea Palms Resort and Conference Center on St. Simons Island.
The theme of the seminar was “21st Century Forensics” and speakers included attorneys and forensics experts from Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Ohio.
In addition to organizing and chairing the seminar, Bernard was also a featured speaker. His topic was “What Lawyers Need to Know About Computer Forensics” which included a detailed presentation on File Properties, Metadata, File-Sharing Programs, Creating Timelines with Computer Data, Search Warrants for Computer Devices and the Stored Communications Act.
The seminar was attended by attorneys throughout the State of Georgia and beyond.
