Bernard Brody Invited to Speak at GACDL Fall Seminar

Bernard has been invited to speak at the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Annual Fall Seminar.  The seminar will be held at the Brasstown Valley Resort on November 4-5, 2011.  Bernard will be presenting the Georgia Case Law Update which will be a review of all of the pertinent decisions from the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court and U.S. Supreme Court from the past year.
